Who we are
Welcome to The Upper Room — a young adults' prayer group in Leicester under Jesus Youth UK, created to bring people together in faith, prayer, and fellowship as we grow closer to Christ.
Our mission goes beyond gathering in prayer. Through our merch, we aim to evangelise and share the Good News of God in a simple and visible way. Every design is created to spark conversations, inspire faith, and encourage more people to encounter Christ.
We hope that through The Upper Room, young adults will find a welcoming community, build meaningful friendships, strengthen their relationship with God, and experience the joy of Christian fellowship.
Our merchandise also supports our mission by helping raise funds for donations, community outreach, and activities that allow us to continue serving others and creating opportunities for people to encounter Jesus.

About Jesus Youth UK
Jesus Youth is an international Catholic youth movement with a charismatic spirituality. It has its beginnings in Kerala in India, but is now active in 30 different countries around the world.
Jesus Youth is an initiative of young people themselves, who, filled with the Holy Spirit try to reach out to other young people. The strength of the movement is its special focus on a life centered on the Lord Jesus Christ: beginning with an experience of God nourished by prayer, the Word of God, the sacraments and fellowship, and sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ with others.
Jesus Youth is a network of small but vibrant groups of young people and families. In their own life situations, they strive to give time to the Lord, responding to the challenges of today’s world in the power of the Holy Spirit.
Active in 19 dioceses since 2001, Jesus Youth UK organizes formation programs, retreats, and camps for all ages. We host regular fellowship events, pilgrimages, and musical evenings.
Notable milestones include multiple National Conferences since 2002, the 2007 European Conference in Wales, and major Rexband concerts.
